12mm Non return valve

Safely and securely prevents backflow or back siphonage occurring within your plumbing line.

Examples of use in your Van 

• Can used between your water tank and your water pump to stop any water in the line going back into your water tank
• If you split your water line to run to filter water - you may have a non return valve just before your filter to ensure that your filtered water does not back flow into your main line
• If in doubt - ask a plumber !! :) Jokes! -  It is not common for the DIYER to have this installed nor is it the end of the world if one is not fitted in a van fitout - can be handy to stop water from your water system always going back to the tank if you have a larger tank this can then take a while for the water to get back to say your sink tap. Something to consider

Pro Tip: If you get confused, the fitting does have an arrow - however you can double check... Blow on each end of the fitting - one way will be blocked the other way will let air through. This the direction the water will travel through.
